Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely place the Clarifion units in their original packaging and drop off the box at any authorized carrier location listed on your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
